Studio notes Open Practice and pole class passes: how to plan your sessionsA clear guide to taught classes, Open Practice, shared Flex practice allowances and Saturday practice with the 16-Class VIP Pass at A-Core. A class pass helps you plan several visits to A-Core Fitness & Dance in Burton-on-Trent. Before choosing a pack, distinguish between a taught class and Open Practice, then check the number of credits and the validity period shown on the passes page. Taught classes and Open Practice are differentA taught class has an instructor leading the session. Open Practice gives eligible members time to practise material they already know. It is not a first lesson or a reason to try unfamiliar skills without instruction. Check the session description and ask the studio if you are unsure whether practice is appropriate for your experience. How many taught classes does a pass include? The 2-Class Flex Pass has two class credits, the 4-Class Flex Pass has four and the 16-Class VIP Pass has sixteen. Each pack also has its own validity period. Buying several packs adds their available class credits, but you still need to use each pack within its individual terms and dates. How does the Flex free-practice allowance work?Flex passes share one free Open Practice allowance per customer per calendar month. Buying another Flex pack or renewing during the same month does not reset that shared allowance. This makes the practice benefit separate from the number of class credits you buy. What does the VIP Saturday benefit mean? The 16-Class VIP Pass includes unlimited Saturday practice sessions while that pass is valid. You still need to book an available session; unlimited practice does not create extra capacity or extend a pass beyond its expiry date. Check the timetable to see which Saturday sessions are running. What is used when I book practice?Open Practice uses an eligible free-practice benefit first. Once your free allowance is used up and no other free practice benefit applies, pay £5 by card with a valid practice pass. Class credits cannot be used for Open Practice. The Single Drop-in Credit is for taught classes only and does not provide practice access. The £5 option is available while an eligible class pass covers the session date, even when its class credits reach zero. Your My passes page shows your available credits and benefits so you can review them before booking. How should I choose a pack?Start with the dates you can attend at the Burton studio, then compare the pack validity and credits against those dates. Read the booking and cancellation terms before confirming. Use My bookings to check upcoming reservations and My Classes to review your past class history. |
