Studio notes How often should I train pole? One class a week, or three? Here’s how to think about frequency, recovery and actually progressing. The honest answer: consistency beats intensity. One class a week, every week, will take you further than three classes one week and none for a month. As you get stronger, two sessions a week is a lovely sweet spot — one skills class and one conditioning or flexibility class. Our memberships are built exactly around this. Listen to your body. Pole is demanding on your skin and grip strength at first, so a little recovery between sessions is normal and healthy. |
