Studio notes Pole is for every bodyYou don’t need to be flexible, strong or a certain size to start pole. You just need to start. The single most common thing we hear is “I’ll start when I’m fitter / more flexible / have lost a bit of weight.” Here’s the secret: the class is how you get those things. You don’t need them first. Strength and flexibility are built in the room, week by week. Our beginner classes assume you’re starting from scratch — because most people are. Whatever your age, shape or background, there’s a place for you here. Come as you are. |
